That face!!! Meet Rosie!
She’s a super sweet girl approximately five to six years old. Rosie was saved from death row at a high kill Philadelphia shelter. She weighs about 50 pounds but could not be more gentle. She’s currently in a foster home with other dogs, that she’s not crazy about–she’s dog-selective. She’d love to be your one and only so she can soak up ALL the attention.
