Week 9 Zaydee said "so long" to her prison pals this week and headed on to her new home to start her new life.  She'll never have to worry again about being neglected outside.  The family that found her thinks she's just fantastic.  Good luck, Zaydee!! For information on adopting Zaydee, please contact the HOPE Program by CLICKING HERE or calling 717-379-2511.  You can also fill out an application online by clicking here.  Danner      Blue       Domino      Luke      Jet      Sarge      India      Elroy Week 7 Zaydee is doing great!  She is so much fun to watch play.  She growls and snarls and sounds like a dog much bigger than her 25 pounds, but it's all in good fun and the other dogs know once they her her start "talking" that the game is on!  She is an excellent little traveler in the car and she just loves to meet new people, especially when they tell her how beautiful she is!  It's a shame that she's so camera shy.  The pictures here just don't do her justice.  Won't you take a look at sweet Zaydee.  She is really ready to "parole" into a home of her very own! Week 4 Zaydee is becoming a star student.  Something clicked with her this week and she has just started to move forward by leaps and bounds.  She does very well with the other dogs now and loves to get attention from all of the people she meets everyday.  She's quite a little social butterfly!  Her leash manners are absolutely terrific and her obedience skills improve with every passing day.  Good job, Zaydee! For information on adopting Zaydee, please contact the HOPE Program by CLICKING HERE or calling 717-379-2511.  You can also fill out an application online by clicking here.  Danner          Blue          Domino          Luke          Jet          Sarge Week 3 Zaydee had a fantastic week!  She is now a full fledged member of the pack, even if the other dogs do treat her like a princess.  She's still a little nervous around lots of strange people, but her handler is working her through her fears slowly and with a lot of patience.  They take little steps forward every day and pretty soon she'll be the picture of confidence.  Her leash manners are a model for all of the dogs to strive for.  She even had a trip to the groomer this week and passed with flying colors.  Way to go, Zaydee! For information on adopting Zaydee, please contact the HOPE Program by CLICKING HERE or calling 717-379-2511.  You can also fill out an application online by clicking here.  Danner          Blue          Domino          Butch          Jet          Sarge Week 2 Zaydee is really coming around.  She was a little bossy in her first few days, but her new friend Danner has helped her see that there are definite perks to being part of the pack!  Now, she's able to play with all of the other dogs and she's having a blast.  Zaydee's handler is working on her basic skills and trying to build her attention span and focus this week.  She always wants to be a part of whatever is going on so he's trying to reign her in a bit without stepping on her newfound social butterfly persona! For information on adopting Zaydee, please contact the HOPE Program by CLICKING HERE or calling 717-379-2511.  You can also fill out an application online by clicking here.  Danner          Blue          Domino          Butch          Jet Week 1 Zaydee's handler is just smitten!  She's just a bundle of fun and she always has a few tricks up her sleeve.  Her handler is learning that he needs to keep an eye on her or Zaydee will help herself to things that she finds interesting.  But, she's easily redirected and that makes it fun to work with her.  She's getting started with her basic commands and received a score of 100% on her housebreaking and crate training.  That's quite an accomplishment for a girl who spent most of her life outside.  She's a fun dog, with lots of love to give and we can't wait to see her grow over the next few weeks!
