Week 7
Koby is learning all sorts of new things in the HOPE Program.  This week he should the trainer how he can wait at the end of the hallway while his handler walks all the way down to the cell.  He didn't budge until he was given the "ok" by his handler.  He has also learned to follow the directions of his handlers even when there are distractions all around him.  What a smart boy!!!!

Week 3
Koby has completely charmed his handlers!  They think he is fantastic and such a fun boy to be around.   Koby loves to play and we've learned he has quite a deep rooted love for peanut butter!!  He likes peanut butter in his kong, he likes peanut butter in his chewy bone and he loves peanut butter as a reward for doing a great job with his training!  Keep up the good work Koby!!

Week 2
Well, Koby is hard at work learning lots of new tricks and commands.  He's working especially hard on his manners with the smaller dogs.  Koby is as nice as they come, but sometimes he can forget that he is about twice as big as the smaller ones.  Other than that, he is doing great!  All of the officers and staff comment on how friendly he is and how easy going he is.  Koby would make a great addition to any family, especially one with another dog and kids.  He loves everyone and is hoping there is a perfect match for him just waiting to meet him!  Does that sound like you?
