	HOPE Program Guidelines We are currently accepting applications from rescue organizations and shelters for the HOPE Program.  If you would like to submit a dog in your care, please read over the Program Guidelines and then submit an application.  Submission Guidelines In order to submit a rescue dog for consideration for the HOPE Dogs Program, the following criteria must be met.  If you have any questions or concerns regarding the submission guidelines, please feel free to get in touch by phone at 717-379-2511 or by emailing.  Is the dog... friendly toward humans and animals without any signs of aggression? spayed or neutered? current on all vaccinations and with a clean bill of health? under the supervision of a rescue group or animal shelter who is a member of CPAA? in need of basic obedience skills, behavioral assistance and/or individual attention with regard to training? able to be crated? If you have answered yes to the above questions and are still interested in submitting a dog for the program, please review the program guidelines and then complete and submit an application.  Upon approval, the application will be placed in our active file and the dog will be considered for the next available space in the program.
