	The Hounds of Prison Education (HOPE) Program is sponsored by the Central Pennsylvania Animal Alliance (CPAA).  CPAA is a non-profit alliance of over 50 area shelters and rescue organizations working together to save the lives of dogs, cats and other companion animals through improved public education, increased adoption rates and aggressive spay/neuter programs.
