	Butch Week 1 ║  Week 2  ║  Week 3  ║  Week 4  ║  Week 5  ║  Week 6  ║  Week 7 Week 8  ║  Week 9  ║  Week 10  ║  Week 11  ║  Week 12 ADOPTED!!!   Week 4 Butch had another fun week and a lucky one too.  He found a home of his own last weekend and will be heading out of the big house in just a few more days.  Good luck, Butch!!!!    Week 3 Butch's handlers are always telling us how friendly and personable he is.  They can't get over how quickly he warms up to new people.  The say that within seconds, Butch is already cuddling up to new friends and laying his big head on their knee or their lap in hopes of receiving some friendly pets and maybe a scratch behind the ears.  Butch is truly a sweetheart and will most definitely be missed.  He has so man people who want to make him part of their family.  How lucky for him!!!    Week 2 Butch continues to wow everyone with his sweet nature and excellent manners.  He is really a star in his training classes and his handlers continue to teach him new things every day.  He loves to play and can play a little rough.  Of course, all but one of the dogs at the prison right now is a one year old male so everybody plays a little rough.  They sure do have a great time though.  The dogs all come back into the block tired and happy after a fun afternoon of romping in the doggie yard.  Butch especially likes to get a lengthy belly rub after a fun day's work!    Week 1 Butch has become a fast favorite.  He adores people and gets along so well with the other dogs.  His handlers call him the most well-mannered gentleman they've ever had the pleasure to work with.  After just one week of training, Butch has all of his basic commands down to a tee!  He does well with friends and strangers and loves to learn new things.  He sometimes forgets to come when called when he's playing with his pals, but who doesn't.  Butch is a star in his class and we're sure a new home is just around the corner for him!  Way to go, Butch!!    UPDATE Butch started school this week on January 24th and everyone is already in love with him.  Everywhere we go people tell us how sweet the new boxer is and how they just know that he'll be adopted soon.  We sure hope they're all right!!  He's a handsome, one year old boxer who is just as nice as can be!  Butch is available for adoption through Animal House.
